Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Jimu. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You keep ownership of the photos, voice, and text you upload to Jimu ("Your Content"). By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you — including passing it to our AI provider to generate outputs.

You confirm that Your Content does not violate any third-party rights and complies with applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or harmful to minors.
• Use the Service to harass, impersonate, or defraud others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission.

Outputs produced by Jimu's AI features are based on the inputs you provide and the behavior of third-party AI models (see Privacy Policy). You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing them. We make no warranty that outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Jimu is in active development; features may be added, removed, or modified. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Jimu may offer paid plans or in-app purchases. Prices and features will be displayed before purchase. Payments processed through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, or if required by law. Where practical, we will give you advance notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jimu's total liability arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, unless a mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction says otherwise.

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
